Noon: Helpers have access to Common Ground facilities for decorations, set up and general mayhem6pm: Brick oven pizza dinner and drinks, frisbee etc
8:30pm: Storytelling and games around the campfire and s'mores
Saturday July 14th
8-9am: Continental breakfast, coffee and tea available at Common Room in the Eco-Lodge.
9-3pm: Free time to explore the site, go for swim in the pond, play tennis, go into town for lunch or take a hike on the 700 acres of trails.
4pm: Ceremony on the hill
5pm: Drinks and refreshments on the lawn
6pm: Reception in the Dining Hall
We don't presume to tell you all when the party is over...
Sunday July 15th
8-10am: Check out of rooms and cabins
9-10:30am: Brunch in the Common Ground Dining Hall
11am: Helpers will clean and generally sort out the site.
